Vital Coffee Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup (45g) frozen cauliflower
- 1/4 cup (35g) frozen rasberries
- 3/4 cup (150g) Coffee
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup (25g) spinach
- 1/2 cup (105g) coconut milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie.
- Add protein power if desired and garnish with cocoa nibs.
