Vital Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup (45g) frozen cauliflower 
  • 1/4 cup (35g) frozen rasberries 
  • 3/4 cup (150g) Coffee
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup (25g) spinach 
  • 1/2 cup (105g) coconut milk 
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Method:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie.
  2. Add protein power if desired and garnish with cocoa nibs.
  3. Enjoy!
