Vital Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup (45g) frozen cauliflower
1/4 cup (35g) frozen rasberries
3/4 cup (150g) Coffee
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup (25g) spinach
1/2 cup (105g) coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Method:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie.
Add protein power if desired and garnish with cocoa nibs.
