Turmeric and Ginger Root Tea
Ingredients:
1 inch turmeric root
1 inch ginger root
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
2-3 cups water
dash of pepper
honey (optional)
Method:
Remove skin from ginger and turmeric, cut into small pieces and place in pan with a dash of pepper.
Pour water into the pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove pan from heat, strain and add lemon juice and honey if desired.
