Green Skin food Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Watermelon ( 160g)
  • 1 Pear
  • 8-10 Mint Leaves
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 1/3 Cup Soya Milk
  • ½ Cup Spinach
  • 1 Teaspoon Wheatgrass Powder
Green melon skin food smoothie

Method:

  1. Dice watermelon, removing any seeds and place into the blender.
  2. Remove skin from cucumber and pear, cut into small pieces and place into blender.
  3. Place all of the remanding ingredients in the blender.
  4. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is well blended and to the desired consistency.
  5. Garnish with fresh watermelon.
  6. Enjoy
