Green Beauty Smoothie
- 1 Cup Watermelon ( 160g)
- 1 Pear
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- ½ Cucumber
- 1/3 Cup Soya Milk
- ½ Cup Spinach
- 1 Teaspoon Wheatgrass Powder
- Dice watermelon, removing any seeds and place into the blender.
- Remove skin from cucumber and pear, cut into small pieces and place into blender.
- Place all of the remanding ingredients in the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is well blended and to the desired consistency.
- Garnish with fresh watermelon.
