Blueberry Kefir Cocoa Morning Smoothie

Method:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is well blended and to the desired consistency.
  3. Garnish with cocoa nibs and cocoa powder.
  4. Enjoy!

  • ½ of a Fresh Banana
  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ Cup Blueberries
  • ½ Cup Kefir
  • ½ Cup Soya Milk ( or another milk alternative)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
