Turmeric, Carrot, Orange Juice

Ingredients:

  • 3 Oranges
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 inch Turmeric Root
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Root

Method:

  1. Remove skin from oranges, lemon, ginger root, turmeric root and peal the carrots. 
  2. If needed cut the ingredients into smaller pieces to fit the size of your juicer. 
  3. Juice all ingredients and enjoy!
Turmeric Orange Carrot Juice

Turmeric and ginger have excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Both carrots and oranges contain large amounts of vitamin C and vitamin A which can help support the immune system. Lemons can help with digestive issues and are known for improving skin health.
