Raspberry Buckwheat Porridge
- 1 cup (150g) Buckwheat groats
- 1 cup (110g) coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (75g) mango
- 1/2 cup (75g) banana
- Honey if desired for additional sweetness
- Chia seeds
- Desiccated Coconut
- Soak the buckwheat the night before in a bowl with enough water to cover the groats.
- In the morning drain and rise the buckwheat groats then place in blender and blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until everything throughly mixed.
- Serve with garnishes of choice and enjoy.
