Raspberry Buckwheat Porridge


  • 1 cup (150g) Buckwheat groats
  • 1 cup (110g) coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup (75g) mango
  • 1/2 cup (75g) banana
  • Honey if desired for additional sweetness 
  • Chia seeds
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Walnuts
  • Berries
  • Cinnamon 


  1. Soak the buckwheat the night before in a bowl with enough water to cover the groats.
  2. In the morning drain and rise the buckwheat groats then place in blender and blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until everything throughly mixed. 
  3. Serve with garnishes of choice and enjoy.
